Steps to Building
a Custom Home
Where
to Build?
We can help you select the right lot on which to build
based on location, size and price. Choose a home site
from our inventory or let us help you look for a lot
that will work for the type of home you want to build.
Planning.
We can work with your architect, or introduce you to one
of several architects and designers with whom we have established
relationships. Working closely with the architect from the
beginning of the project enables us to make more efficient
use of time and budget.
Style Ideas?
We will show you around different homes to get an idea of
the types of finish out you are looking for in your new home.
This helps us to provide more accurate cost estimates.
Estimating Costs. After the architect produces a conceptual
sketch of your new home we can develop a general finish out
schedule and provide you with a preliminary cost estimate.
Construction Contract.
Once the final plans have been drawn and all specificaions
have been decided, we can determine the final price of your
new home and enter into a contract with you. Once the contract
is signed we will begin building your home.
Our Guarantee.
Unlike the majority of builders, we offer a price guarantee.
We are well aware that changes can occcur during construction,
and we have contingencies in place to accommodate such changes.
